I have analyzed Chanel and Kat Von D on YouTube. I am going to share my views about this. First I’ll talk about Chanel; they upload almost 5 videos every day. They upload videos that include commercials, promotional stuff, discounts and videos, events related to promotional stuff of new makeup. I found a very popular video on YouTube channel of Chanel. The popular video is about the LE BLANC makeup base shades. There are 525k viewers from which 949 liked and 22 disliked it.

If I’ll talk about Kat Von D, in their one of popular video, they give the tutorial of applying eye shadows. The model showed the step by step procedure of one particular look and ways to wear Metal Crush eyeshadow which looks inspired by her vintage Slayer concert shirt. She used some different eye shadows and created a different look. for this video they got 108k views, 4k likes and 32 comments.

I found these two videos successful because both give the useful information of applying eye shadows and lipstick. These are tutorials for wearing particular look with different eye shadow and how to get a particular shade of lipstick.
